This course is comprised of three modules: What is Improv? Why is it Important? Learn what improv is and how it can apply to your business, specifically, how humor can help you foster connection with your patients and work through challenging situations by using fast thinking (thinking on your feet when things don’t go as planned). Tenets of Improv Learn the 5 tenets of Improv (“yes, and”, make your partner look amazing, be here in the moment, listen intently, and mistakes are gifts), and how each can apply to your business and relationships with your clients. Then practice the skills of each tenet with a quick and easy game. Humor Learn the benefits humor can bring to your business and receive guidance on how to incorporate it into your practice.
