Fueling your Wellness

This course is hosted by Georgie McNiff, RN. The course is designed to cover powerful ways you can fuel your wellness through proper hydration, healthy digestion, and managing stress. This course is broken into three modules: The Ins & Outs of Hydration Learn why water is important, the different types of water, what organs it impacts, and how to integrate an optimal hydration strategy into your life. Digestion 101 How do I achieve optimal digestion? In this module you'll learn about proper hydration; the affects of fiber and fat; tips to overcome indigestion; common foods that upset digestion; and the benefits of digestive aids like probiotics, apple cider vinegar, and digestive enzymes. Chill Out: An Introduction to Stress In this module we cover the three types of stress - physical pain, mental pain, and biochemical disturbance. Learn how to recognize the signs of adrenal fatigue and cortisol resistance, and then how to eat and take proper supplements to support brain health and healthy stress levels.
